Wailua offers a few shopping venues that specialize in out-of-the
ordinary treasures. The Kinipopo Shopping Village has unique shopping
venues like Style World for aloha wear, Goldsmith’s Kauai for pricier,
shiny trinkets, and Kinipopo Fine Art. This collection of small shops
also houses Tin Can Mailman where finds like out-of-print books,
antiques and vintages of all sorts, and rare missionary items can be
bought for an authentic souvenir of old Hawaii. Adjacent to the
shopping village is Kauai Water Ski and Surf Co. to outfit and equip
any day adventure. Here, they sell everything from bikinis to
surfboards to kayak tours.
The Unique Boutique is across the highway from the Kinipop Shopping
Village and hosts a few eateries, as well as Babmulei—a tiny shop that
carries antiques, clothing items, and other collectables.
A set of 60 restaurants, shops, and galleries make up Coconut
Marketplace where visitors can find just about anything: jewelry,
assorted clothing in all styles, and artwork that captures the beauty
of the islands.
For any grocery needs, Wailua Country Store is well-stocked with
sundries, supplies, and snacks to meet any necessities or cravings
visitors may have.
